I chalk that up to confirmation bias. The RNG is as good as any other RNG you will come across, and indeed, better than many of them.
I like playing the cyanide version against the AI. The AI doesn't care if you cheat and give all your amazons +1 armor. : D

The competitive nature of most online games isn't for everyone. If you ever do get bored of beating down that helpless AI (and it really is utterly helpless) and want to try something different FUMBBL online community is far far away better than the cyanide one. There's also the 145 club, which is a league that allows only new and/or low ranked coaches in, so that they can play against similarly skilled/experienced opponents.
