How to change Planet Elevator Cars?

Hi,

I'm trying to change the planet elevator cars for a specific race, (they're the little ships that fly from planet elevator to planet elevator, giving the impression that the planet is busy and populated). 

I've found the PlanetElevatorCars texture file and the planetelevators.entity file, but can't seem to figure out how to change the little cars and make them specific for a certain player.

Any ideas?

There is a texture called planetelevators....I'm not sure what brush or window file references that texture (if any), and I have a feeling you can't make it faction specific, but I have never really investigated it...

planetElevatorData in the player files :)
wont get cars, but that does the structures

cars I think are races you have trade with
