CTD Upon Finishing Game

Hey.

I've played through a game so far, and I've run into a large problem at the conclusion of it. Whenever it says "Good job, you won!" and I dismiss the window, the screen flashes momentarily and then goes to desktop with no error message. I reloaded the game from an autosave and upon beating the game again, CTD.

So heads up.

Works fine here, I just get sent back to the main menu upon crushing the last enemy planet. 

StarDock really ought to put up a template for reporting bugs. Naked information like that probably wont be very useful without your detailed system specs and possibly your save game and other game generated data files.

During the FA beta they had such a template, so I find it weird we dont have one now.
