Stuck in Colony Screen

As the title implies, I'm stuck on the planet management screen. Hitting escape or trying to exit with in-game buttons does nothing but cause the screen to 'stutter', and nothing happens. This required a restart.

so thats why your not playing multiplayer. try pressing game buttons while its stuttering.
