stuck out of researches

Ran out of researches and now i cant advance to the next turn because it wants me to choose a research first

I have played the game for a few hours and most everything seems to be working fine so far. The beginner AI hasn't done anything that could be considered at threat yet. However, after a awhile i reached the end of the research tree and with nothing to research the game wont let me advance turns anymore with out choosing a research of which i have none to choose. i tried looking for an option or something that would keep let me advance but haven't found anything. Other than that i like what we have so far.

Hit tilde ,~, it should be top left on your keyboard an then type turnactions this will disable all warnings of research, ideology idle colony and idle ship,

adjusting the economy wheel so research is at 0 % might work as well
