PCWorld Reviews Multiplicity 3

PCWorld has a review up today of the recently released Multiplicity which is now being sold by Edgerunner.

"Multiplicity is a handy way to cut down on cable clutter and control PCs that might not be close enough to reach easily from a KVM switch. All in all, a very handy program under the right circumstances."

I don't need a review to be sold on the merits of this most handy programme... got a couple of bills to pay atm, but it is definitely on my must have list for next month.  However, I have bookmarked the article to read later.

Nice article, but seriously... you need to drop the "true KVM" term. It is NOT "true KVM" as it can only be used via a windows client and not at bios level like a TRUE KVM provides.

I would also like to see a mac client and/or Linux client added to the features. In my work environment it would be quite helpful.

Great software though!!

k1   Yes, a Linux client would be quite advantageous.  I have a machine in the works [haven't quite finished building it as yet, need a couple more parts] that will be a dedicated Ubuntu PC.. though I may dual/triple boot with other Linux flavours to compare them.
