As title says i cant load game there is save option but no load at least for me its greyed out.
For me in the main menu is greyed out and the other option you mention is not possible for me.
It should work. You need to select the file you want to load and maybe the button will light up.
If it doesn't work while playing, try going to the main menu and try from there. I'll check later tonight what happens in my game.

Someone else experinced this because i tried everithing and i just cant make save.I guess the problem is not in the load feature but in the save.
I dont have even autosaves and when i click to save nothing happens.
I have checked and I can save and load whether in-game or main menu. I suggest you contact support as The_Gear has suggested...
The save/load function is a bit nackered at the moment, it works but there do seem to be some quirks. I find that saves dont chow up if I save but dont take another turn after the save.
I noticed in the first alpha build that the buttons on the save panel can be very confusing, There is a button called "done" that is counter-intuitive, If you want to save a game, don't use that button. All it does is exit the save window.
The same is true of the load screen. The "done" button is counter-intuitive and should perhaps be labeled "back" or something else. If you want to load a game, you MUST press the "load" button after selecting the save you want loaded.
I would simply call it "Cancel".
