WindowsBlinds Doesn't work anymore

I just installed WindowFX and WindowsBlinds won't run. I uninstall WindowFX but there's no change. . .

Re-install Windowblinds then reboot and see what happens.

When I updated my windowsBlinds8 - the system needed to reboot.. after logging back in, got a black screen with only the mouse icon... Brought up the task manager, logged back out - then logged back in - and now everything is ok!
