Where are all the other heroes? This is my third game in a row with no additional heroes other than my starting guy.

Administrators don't count!

Mostly unlucky.

We've been updating it so that the other heroes are always spawned..somewhere!

My only advice I can give you is to explore harder. Considering I don't have sorcerer king yet
