Sir Kael is replaced by a pretender, Sir Kriston! Noooo!

I downloaded the opt-in beta 2 and was excited to start a new game, when I found that Sir Kael has been replaced by Sir Kriston! What is the meaning of this?

I mean, we've all grown to love Kael during early access, for better or worse, and now he's renamed! Any chance we'll see Sir Kael's glorious return soon? It doesn't feel right with Kriston after all my exploits with Kael.

People complained about how weak Sir Kael was. So they put him out to pasture and that was that.
