Windows XP Taskbar in Windows ME

There is a program (i believe I once saw it here) that lets you have the Windows XP taskbar in Windows ME with all the functions the Windows XP's taskbar has, but I don't remember the name at all, if someone could tell me what's it's name, and where to download it, I would be very thankful!!!

ObjectBar has the ability to mimic the XP taskbar and start menu. It can import the XP specific parts of a WindowBlinds skin that suppports XP.
