Also stuck on "Hang Issue"

I am currently on turn 269. I had just finished a war with the Drengin. I am happy to upload information or screenshots.

 

By the way what is the command to do a screenshot in game? I cant find it anywhere in the options?

 

I can upload a save game if needed or use that support tool if a Dev will link it for me.

 

Currently stuck on 'wait' and game will not progress. I reloaded several times and even went back to previous auto saves. Game hangs on this point. I also got a 'Windows is out of memory' warning and windows asked to close the program.

 

What is odd, is I am unable to advance to the next turn. The turn buttons says 'wait' but I can move and select ships and planets. I can go to ideology and tech screens or even have diplomo relations with someone but the 'game' is hung on 'wait'.....

Lol went to diplomacy screen just now and went to treaties..as happened before..hard crash...

The print screen button should work, there is also the snipping tool to assist in capturing the screen.
