How do you sell everything at once?

I've seen people do it after a mars quake but I can't find it in the interface. Is there a list of the shortcuts anywhere (other than just hovering over something)?

Shift + Control + Down Arrow.

Our hotkeys are all over the place. We need to consolidate them in the code and provide a list for everyone. It is on my task list.
