No Custom Race Portrat

Another issue I've found with custom races...

I captured the Icon/Planet flicker/vibration in this video. This to me appears to the flicker/flutter that the screens all do in Beta 5, except it appear that it does this to the map galaxy anytime you move the screen.

No race portrat in the upper right hand corner, this appears to create an issue when using a static picture on a moving background, as the custom race I have with a static background displays fine.
