Beta 5 0.81 - Benevolent Ideology - Enlightenment 3 disappears after restart

Hello,

I've been playing through a game selecting "Benevolent" every time to test the whole tree. After getting the Enlightenment 3 choice and building a few Temples of Enlightenment, I saved the game, shut it down, and returned later. Shortly afterwards, I noticed I could no longer build the temples.

I can provide further details, screen captures, etc. I'll also try to replicate.

The temple is suppose to be unique building. The bug I think is that until you finish a unique building the game lets you start as many as you want.
