Trading for Targeting Support tech crashes game [0.81.0]

I am a custom race, trading the Altarians for the Targeting Support technology. Whenever I attempt to add this to the trade offer it causes the game to crash. I have traded for all other technologies just fine. This may be an instance where that technology has no home in my tech tree, however, I don't know that for sure.
