when you finish your turn and multiple anomalies being auto surveyed... the random reward unfortunate genius reward can happen unlimited times with only receiving one reward, one full tech researched fully, even tho it could and should do many more then just one.

maybe unfortunate genius reward should give stack able points?

or immediately after the event the tech screen opens and requires you start a new tech to research.

Agreed. This is a lot of tech points wasted, both for the player and for the AI.
