Turn 1 bugs.

Since the beta 6.1 opt in I am finding myself unable to play a game after I start it - I can scroll in and out and move the map, but If I post on any starting planet, ship or stardock the game instantly crashes without giving any explanation as to why.

It does this on any map size and type, with any race - on any number of settings (i've tested randomly to see if it was due to my custom civ settings but it is not) without explanation.

Not sure if I can even upload a save game for bug reporting because of how the bug seems to work.

Anyone else experienced this at all?

I had the same problem.

Close the game, remove the directory C:\Users\(your_login_name)\Documents\My Games\GalCiv3

Then restart the game and it should be ok.
