What is the "default" difficulty setting.

Basically I want to know what difficulty setting the AI doesn't get artifiial bonuses or nerfs on. And also what difficulty the AI's "smarts" tops out at.

I tried searching and the only result I could found had someone asking the first question I have, then being told the AI wasn't fully implemented, which didn't actually answer the question posed, which was about bonuses (ie +20% income).

Thanks, gave it a look over. Do you know what XML contains what the galaxy difficulty settings do, if anything (Assuming galaxy difficulty isn't just a convenience option to quick-set all the AI empires)
