O pop planet

Why can a planet populated by a constructor upgraded to a colonizer build when it has zero population.

I had one module left in a con and did not need it so upgraded it to a seed.

From there it colonized a world and as you see I am making synthetics out of nothing.

The Colony Capital provides 5 Production all by itself. You're using that to produce everything at the moment.

Thanks but how can a capital produce when there is no one to produce.

Maybe put in a requirement that pop has to be greater then 0
