Start Menu / All Programs

I'm trying to alter the font color in the All Programs section and even if I'm setting in skinstudio Startmenu and Taskbar/Startmenu/Left hand side/All programs mode/ the font color in the text tab, my start menu/all programs stays hopelessly black. The background color changes tho, as I want it but not the font color...

 

Any idea.. ?

You are in the correct section. Go down to All Programs/background/text settings.

When you change the left hand and right hand side text color it changes the arrow color on the startmenu.

The left hand side/item mouseover changes the startmenu text color. If there is a mouseover image in the right hand side you have to set the text color the same as the left hand side.

You are correct. My first sentence was actually the only one she needed the answer for. I just added the other couple things if she wanted to mess around. There are even other way to change the SM text color than what I said but they will also affect the jump list. Guess the main point is she can now change the AP color as requested. Next time I will leave anything else out and only answer the specific question.

I'm happy to recieve your inputs as I was thinking I was all alone facing the mighty duo : WB & SkinStudio !

 

What really puzzles me is what happened last night when working on my skin, in the start menu section, to notice some time after that my roll-up (again..) sized moved from 28 to 100 and something pixels, changing one graphic ressource and some margins did that. As DaveBax was saying " if she wanted to mess around".. I mean, is this how windows is done or is it how WB & skintudio do it ? Because in any case, without any documentation/wiki it's just too much !

 

First of all because my software is paid money, second of all because if I do like working night on graphic things I also do hate spending the time because of some non documented issue with the software or the system.

Do you realise how valuable you are by giving me this information, how sizable is the knowledge of this comunity but how forsaken it also is as there is nothing to rely onto for the newtimer.. Of course beside the forum !

 

How about making one ?
