1:You can make a custom race so you can see parts easier(changing the color of backgrounds and ui)
2:Offset button lets you do this. But its not moving the piece per say, its just moving its visual position.
3:I haven't found it yet, but to be honest over time I stopped caring for it since building is really easy and mistakes can be done over.
4:I believe I saw a few hotkeys, I may be wrong though.
