during beta and even now I ready about people playing games with 20, 30 or even more AI and it does not appear it is a multiplayer game. How can I do this as single player? I only see where I can add one of each race.
Those people have been making copies of the original races and/or using user created ones. There are some user created ones in this thread.
Also once steam workshop is implemented you should be able to download other people's created races to fill the universe uniquely(although i still see colors as at least a slight issue at that point), we are also hopeful of a randomize feature but we shall see
