Random Crash During Gameplay

(Not sure if this is the correct place to put this but it sure seems to be)

Well I was just playing a game on the map "Proxima".  I was building an anti-Tier 3 turret right next to the Computronium generator just south of the dead middle of the map.  My AI opponent had the tier 3 unit -Hyperion I believe- with the big old battleship sized quad barrel battery mounted on top.  It did the attack where it streams a lot of fire at once from the main cannons onto the anti-capital turret I was constructing, nearly obliterating it instantly.  In fact it probably would have, but the game crashed at this moment.  Very few units were on screen (we'd pretty much blown each other up except his capital was left standing) so the strain on my computer wasn't very high.  I believe my laptop also meets all the requirements (MSi GT70_0NE) with an intel i7 quad core 2.4GHz, 16 gigs of ram, Windows 7 64 Bit, and an NVidia GTX680M 4GB GDDR5.

The game just froze and when I tried to hit escape I went to desktop with the classic "Ashes of the Singularity has suddenly stopped working" error message.  Does the game automatically generate any files that you guys will want to see?  That's about all I can really remember to tell you.  Don't think it was anything special but hey - pre-alpha.

I'd recommend starting a support ticket.

Use the Stardock Support tool. This will gather relevant information about your PC specs, settings, and save files. That will produce a .zip file which you can include with your support ticket which you can submit here.
