Hotkeys

Hi,

 

Some people here and there mentioned hotkeys that are in the game. I did not really find any, like S for stop/cancel and so on.

 

Could someone post a few if possible, like are there hotkeys for destroying a building/unit, or patrol, and so forth?

Moved to Founders forum...

 

We're still working on these, but the most important at present are:

F1 - Find idle Engineer

Ctrl+Number - Create Control Group

(hold) Alt - show range rings

(hold) Middle Mouse - Rotate camera

Arrow Keys - Pan

 

You can also assign T1 units to a T2 unit (to create a meta group) by right clicking. Same for T2 -> T3 units.

There is a limit to how many T1 units a T2 unit can group with, same same for T2 & T3.

Hold SHIFT and rotate the camera to change camera angle.  Be warned that if you try to change your zoom after changing the angle it currently snaps you back up to default angle and then zooms you.

Hold CTRL and right click to issue an attack move (pretty standard).  I believe the "Z" key is used for creating Meta-Units.

I think it works either way from memory.
