So, what's the highest class of unhabited planet you have found? I am new to this game, and are only in my sixth game, so it might not be all that good. I just stumbled over a class 21 planet, and it's well beyond anything I've found so far.

I saw an AI with a class 25 world. Needless to say that AI is no longer around.
Wow... I just found a class 25 Ghost World nearby.
My understanding is that the highest class uninhabited planet you can find is a very rare class 26, but when you research the terraforming techs you can terraform them up quite a bit (I have seen some say they have gotten them up to class 40).
I think the highest class i've found was a 25 but with terraforming i've had them get into the mid 30's
I have found 1 class 25 and numerous class 21's

Found a class 26 ghost world in a game I ran to test a ship design theory I had. I've seen a 25 once, a few 21's, and some number of 17-19 extreme worlds. Extremely rare to find those higher class uninhabited worlds but most decent worlds in the 10-15 range can end up in the same neighborhood with terraforming.
