Seemed like you took a hiatus for a while (i'm sure you were busy.. or on vacation 
) . Just wanted to say thanks for responding to posts. Even when it is just a "thanks for reporting", it lets us know you guys are reading them.

Feedback is important and we always make a point to read it, even if we can't respond to each and every post.
And yeah, we were all off for a week so I've been going through and getting some older posts that we might have missed.
