modern ui applications empty

I just purchased the Start 10 upgrade and installed the beta. When using the Windows 7 style, the folder called Modern UI applications is empty.

Will it be that way upon release as well?

How do I put the apps in the folder?

When i search for the folder in the search at the bottom of Start10, nothing comes up...

Is this the one on the right hand side of the start menu, or under all programs?

Have you set Start10 to hide Modern UI apps from the menu perhaps?

This would be on the desktop page.
