Pinned Universal apps get Recent menu

I've seen this on 1.00 and 1.01 beta.

 

I'm using the Modern Style menu. If I pin a universal app to the top of the menu from the All Programs menu, it gains a white arrow, which shows recently accessed programs and files (nothing to do with the app). This doesn't happen if I pin the same app from the Universal Applications menu.

Can you find their locations and see if they are from the same place?

I'd like to see a support tool when you get a second with any further data:
