Win7 and Modern Style start menus on primary monitor only

I have a dual-monitor setup, and when I select "Windows 7 Style" or "Modern Style" menus, clicking on the the Start10 icon on the secondary monitor causes the menu to appear on the primary monitor only. The default Windows 10 behaviour is to show the menu on the monitor where the icon is clicked; is there any way to make Start10 do the same thing?

This is not normal. The start button on a secondary taskbar should open the menu on that screen.

Please contact support so they can collect additional information.
