Administrative Tools

Missing in W10

Win10 seems to have buried many settings. In particular, the Administrative Tools that used to be on the Control Panel. Start8 adds that as an option - as a menu or links. Does Start10 have the same capability? If not, wouldn't it be great if it did?

Administrative tools are where they always have been in control panel.

or you can just do a search and type Administrative Tools
