Problem with order

I paid 9.99 BUT

I paid 9.99 but:

1. from card has been removed to "Stardock corporation" 2 payments: 2USD and 9.99USD (why 2 usd?)

2. I'm still can't activate fences 2.13

Ask for help. Thx

1 - I've processed your order, it was stuck in our queue. The $2 is a bank authorization and it will fall off within a few days.

2 - You should now be able to activate after your purchase. Be sure to use your email and product key to activate.

So after processed in my email will be letter with product key? So I just have to wait?

The product key should be in your email receipt.
