Beta 6 Can't sell Resources

I just started playing and watched the Mohawk game tutorial on Youtube to make sure I was buying and selling resources correctly. When I play the tutorial, I cannot buy or sell resources by clicking the up and down arrows. Is there another way or is this bug?
