September 16 Update

New bugs

With the new update a few problems have popped up that weren't a concern for me before:

1)  The unit command keys (keyboard) have quit functioning.  Go, attack, meta, etc do not work at all until...

2)  About 5 minutes into the game the command keys start to work, but all production comes to a screeching halt.

not sure about anything farther than 5 minutes in because it is unplayable at that point.

Note that this is all on the Proxima map, any AI.

3)  Deneb map lasts about 8 minutes then freezes production.  Unit command keys only work sometimes.

4)  Also, pausing the game will freeze production on all producing units and factories.

I've also seen that if you stall metal, nothing gets built anymore.  As in, not even at a crawl.  Literally, all production 100% stops.  Have yet to be able to see if production resumes when you stop stalling because the game is lacking in pause/cancel buttons :D

yeah i ran into the same issue regarding the metal.

Also hit the issue with metal halting all production. Can't speak to the other points, but I hit the good ol' insta-build bug again on Seton about 20 minutes into a game. Though this time, the game lasted much, much longer before crashing after this happened.

I can max out metal production and stop all building and existing builds won't resume.  New builds work normally.  Changing locations of any engineers does not have any effect either.

Just set a record at 18 minutes before the crash...

I cant cancel Engineer build orders even if they haven't even started building yet.

dcndnts,

I also have experienced this.  But if you manually click the cancel button on your UI with your mouse it should cancel.  Seems hotkeys don't work right now.

Giving another order to an engineer doesn't cancel the last order anymore.  That left awhile ago.  I have to select the unit, hit stop, then give the new order to change anything...

Your right, For me Structures that stopped producing units happened around 1 hour in game, not sure why, I have to keep testing.

With the new update, I like the layout of the command/build card better. BUT, it is not meant for smaller screens. My screen is 1024 x 1280, and because of this, I cannot see all of the Engineers' build option - specifically I can not longer access the build logistics button anymore. Thus, I am capped at 100 logistics for each game, and now get owned every game because I can't produce enough units to assemble a respectable army.

Again, I like the new look, but it just needs to scale for different screen sizes better.

Alright, I have narrow this problem down to rally points through trial and error.  If I don't use rally points the game will play through to the end...
