I bought this game during the Steam sale.  It loaded fine and worked for the first few days.  Yesterday I started to get white lines over text so I couldn't read what was going on.  I restarted the computer and attempted to launch the game.  It goes to the two faced launch screen and then crashes back to windows.  I have a brand new laptop with a 4th gen i7, 4gb nvidia 960 card, 16gb ram.  My specs are not an issue.  I have attempted to go through all the fixes listed on the steam user site and have still not got the game to load.  All my drivers were completely updated.  The game worked fine before this latest update.  I love Stardock games and Gal Civ is one of my favorites.  Please advise...I would really like to play,
