Cursor pointer on icons

How to change cursor when it's over icons of the dock

Hello,

I would like to know how to changes the mouse basic cursor to pointer cursor (the hand) when it's over the icons of the dock.
I think we can do it in the config.ini of my actual theme but i don't find the documentation.

Other question, Is there any documentation like the one of Rainmeter ?
