Benchmark crashes after running

I've tried running the benchmark a few times, it goes through all 3 minutes of the benchmark, then tries to collect results, then the game crashes.

I've tried it in DX11, DX12, full screen, windowed, on 3 monitors, on 1 monitor... w/ and w/p the CPU button checked...

I've set the options to "Crazy" which plays just fine.

Taking from your hardware setup, have you tried removing your overlock on your CPU, and also stepping down from 3 monitors down to a single and see if the benchmark runs thru to completion?

Can you open your Task Manager, have it running during the benchmark, and immediately when it crashes, take a screenshot showing up the load on your CPU/RAM?

Also, if you have MSI Afterburner running, can you use it to again take a screenshot to show us the load on your GPU at the time of the crash?

This problem went away with the latest patch 0.60.13596!

 

I can post more specifics if you need, for now here's a screenshot of the results:

Here's the benchmark on 3 monitors

So the question is... to get 60 FPS with this rig, am I going to have to upgrade my CPU to the i7-5930k and add an additional 980 Ti?
