Q. What was the Founder's program?

1. It was a lot like a pre-order program, but for those who wanted to be part of the prototype builds. Now that we're in Early Access, the program is no longer available.

Q. What kind of perks did Founders get?

1. Our Founders were invited to our alpha test, before the general public had a chance to try out Ashes on Early Access. Founders received access to exclusive behind-the-scenes development materials in the Founder's Vault, and a discount off of the game's full price.

Q. What's the difference between the Founder's Edition and Founder's Lifetime Edition?

1. The Lifetime edition, as the name implies, gives the player lifetime access to Ashes of the Singularity and its expansions and DLC. We plan on having at least 3 expansions and over a dozen DLC releases to Ashes over the course of the next few years.

Q. Where do I get my Steam key once I’ve purchased a Founder's Edition?

1. Your Steam key is under the My Downloads page of your Stardock account. You can also punch your email address into this handy web tool, and we'll email you all the keys for every Stardock product you own.
