Sometimes i get Metal boost for no resson or i dont get the game mechanics. It is for example -11 Metal and the Metal bar is expanding! is this with purpose?

Are you hitting your logistics limit? You need to keep an eye on that and upgrade if necesary.

that could be the case but why it is still -11 and growing makes still no sence
