Something wrong with the legend and ranks

When you check in the legend link, you see that the players that have submitted more than 35 games should have 5 bars beside their names, so far I only have seen 4 bars in players above 35 games. Is this some kind of bug?

This problem has been noted several times. I guess it's a low priority bug fix.
