spot 10 doesn't work in Windows 10

downloadeded start10 and installed ok

windows will only show Windows 10 start screen

search for start 10 and when I find it and double-click on it it says it's not there!

Start8 always worked on Windows 8.1

anyone any ideas?

I would uninstall it and reinstall it as that's not normal at all
