Glitchy when clicking on Start10 Icon

Is anyone else having issues of a glitchy Start10 icon? I've had this problem for the longest time on my Surface Pro 3. When I hover over the Start10 icon and click it, it the menu flashes for a second and then closes. I have to click again to get the menu to pop up. This has been extremely annoying and makes Start10 so frustrating to use that I wish I never bought it. I have to train myself to either tap on the icon with my finger or use the Window key shortcut on my keyboard to make sure it opens 100% of the time. This glitch I get about 85% of the time I click on it with my mouse is so frustrating and wish it would get fixed in future updates...

Which menu have you set Start10 to show?

Also which start button.

This is not normal for Start10.

Also are you mixing between touch and mouse input on the start button?

I tried changing it, but it is still glitchy. Maybe it got a bit better, but it is still glitchy. 

I rarely touch the screen because it's not natural for me. But touching is much more accurate.
