Oh man. Thanks but i think i am going to pass on paying to upgrade to something i have already should have purchased
You purchased Start8 which was for Windows 8 / 8.1
Start8 does not work correctly on Windows 10 (and is further hurt by the November Windows 10 update) and unfortunately development costs money hence Start10 being a small upgrade fee. It also has many features Start8 does not have.
