Hibernate & Sleep do not work

Greetings,

I'm running Start10 on a tiny Lenovo, an IdeaPad 100S running Win10 Home.

I find that the only way to end a session is Shutdown. Hibernate and Sleep are choices, but neither works. I've notice that without Start10 Hibernate is not a choice.
