Interface Scaling BUG

The Interface Scaling seems to be broken in the latest patch as I can no longer increase the UI scale I can only decrease it. When I increase the scaling it says to restart for changes to take effect but when I do this it reverts back to 1 to 1 scaling. I tried changing the the settings text file to read only as to prevent the game from resetting this setting however this did not help. As is I find this game difficult to play with the text being so small please fix this. Thank you.

Interface is even far too small at 1600 x 1050. I cannot read anything without magnifier. Please increase scale rate to 150 minimum.

This is a show stopper for me.

Yeah, what is up with the scaling, we need 150-200% scaling for it to be readable & usable on 4k monitors!

i have a GTX 970 and a 4k Monitor but i had this Problem only at the first Startup, i changed the Resolution and it runs without Problems after restart of the game. ? If have no Problem to see Fullscreen in 4k, 2k and Full HD. Did you checked up if the Screenmode is on Fullscreen? Or is your Problem already solved?

the maus cursor scaling works @2160p but not @1440p (very small i cant see it sometimes)
