So the way to see the bug is:
Go ahead and build 4 or more Factory's ----> after that go and choose all the Factory's and hit build a bunch of Units Click on Repeat Queue, what happens is that when it Finish building the first units it will stop repeating the build order.
Ok and If you cannot see that bug happening then try doing it while your Logistics gets full, so maybe after that your Factory's Repeat Queue get reset.

I can not say I have ever had this issue.
When you have multiple factories selected, setting repeat queue only sets it to the first selected factory (not all). I have always had to set repeat queue to factories individually.
Is this the issue that you are having?
no that's not my issue, I do know about the queue per Factory.
I am gonna play a few more games and see what happens. I will update soon.

Ok so how it works when you choose 2 or more Factories and click to build a few units then click on repeat queue, the Repeat queue does not work.
if you choose only 1 Factory and build units the repeat queue will work.

Yes, I tested this and got the same result.
Afterwards, selecting individuals, and toggling the repeat queue off then on again got the repeat working again for me.
It is definitively a BUG. Have done several test and get the same results in each game..
