Firstly, you upload the pic to a hosting site, like tinypic, imageshack, photobucket, etc. I use Dropbox.

Then you get the link for it, paste that link into the box illustrated below.

Voila!

You used the wrong link. Your link isn't for forums. I used the HTML option. And the HTML button above this text.

If you uploaded to photobucket click view uploads and on the image you uploaded there are three white lines in the upper left corner. Hover over them and it'll show the links. Click on share then on direct link, it will say copied. Then in the post click on the green tree and in the window right click on the top field and paste. then click on insert. The image will then show up here.

He didn't use PB, Ross. His only option was the HTML.
