Map Designer question

Adding Minor Races

Is there anyway to add minor race planets, so a minor race doesn't start at a planet I specifically designed for myself? The race took the Bread Basket planet I was planning on using for colonizing the Precursor Worlds (who have a -50% pop cap). I figured out how to make Major Race planets, but there no minor race planets. Honestly, your map designer really needs a lot of refinement. It's one of the worst I've worked with. Granted, my experience is limited to Neverwinter Nights toolset, Dragon Age toolset, the Elder Scrolls toolsets (all of those are RPGs, and have a lot more options, and need a lot more scripting knowledge), but the Civ 5 editor is much better... Are you guys gonna refine the editor to actually be easy to use?

I experimented in detail with the map editor when it was released. I discovered how to give races their proper planet, in a custom solar system. I did this, with no error, to a total of 50 races. Everyone was where it should be, on the properly named planet. Sadly, I never found a way to use minors without disturbing the sequence. I simply stopped using them completely. To simulate "minors," I added lesser races and played them at the lowest difficulty setting. It worked for me. I don't think that is what you are looking for though. Sorry.
