graphic option

Hello,

I cannot activate ultra setting on game. I reboot the game several times but nothing can be done.

My config:
I7 3930k oc @4ghz

16 go ram

Titan x oc @1544mhz

gtx570 oc

sdd 840 evo for os

hdd black caviar 6 To for game

3440*1440 21/9 screen

Everything option remains high there.

I have the second problem the second graphics board is not recognized on dx12 to make of the bi-gpu one idea?

Well on drivers are has in the daytime and Windows also.

Setting to ultra also defaults back to High for me as well.

Did you tick the enable multi-GPU checkbox in the graphics settings?

DX12 multi-GPU is limited to twice the slowest card. Enabling it would likely be a very bad idea with your two cards.

I've also reported the graphics issue on Steam as it resets them when you reboot the game so they are impossible to set.

Btw using mGPU will only at best go twice as fast as the slowest card, so your 570 would be highly likely to slow your Titan down and give you worse results. Especially at your resolution and high settings as even if your 570 had the graphics crunching power (which it doesn't) it certainly doesn't have the VRAM for it. I'd stick to just the Titan.

Just as an aside, if you want high FPS without any real visual loss try putting the Terrain Shading Samples to medium, that setting is very GPU expensive (Also VRAM intensive I think but I would think that would not be an issue with a Titan X).

Only three options for me are Low, High, and Ultra. However, like Ultra defaulting to High after restart, Setting to High defaults to Mid after restart.

Ah I see. High probably is the old medium then as I think a lot of this stuff is likely to be just a name change from low mid high to low high ultra. IF it is just a name change I can see their thinking behind it though I don't think it truly necessary.

I suppose it is possible there is meant to be a "mid" in there too which would mean there are 4 levels in total and Ultra is a new level above the previous available options. That would make more sense really, though only the best GPUs would be able to run it. Then again that is the expectation with Ultra.
