I'm playing with 1.71 and have got to a point where when I press turn the game locks into "wait" and can't escape. Happily it isn't freezing the whole system though. 

I've saved, verified the files (in the Steam interface) and reloaded but the problem persists exactly the same.

I was wondering whether other people were experiencing this problem and attempted to submit a ticket.

Please Stardock could we have a better interface for this. Writing the ticket and attaching files is fine but when you press submit it's completely unclear whether it's worked. I've now tried with three different browsers - Opera, Vivaldi and Chrome. As I write, I see that it did work from Chrome but I have no idea whether I've submitted the ticket multiple times - which obviously I wouldn't wish too; since the glorious Kayako help desk interface doesn't acknowledge when you submit that it's processing it.
